Free Shipping Offer Details: Delivery timeframes are not guaranteed. Orders shipping for free will be shipped by one of the following three methods, at our discretion; UPS Ground, USPS First Class Mail (US Postal Service), or USPS Priority Mail (US Postal Service). UPS Ground shipments typically arrive in 2 to 7 business days from the date of shipment, within the contiguous 48 states. USPS First Class Mail should deliver within 7 calendar days. USPS Priority Mail will typically deliver within 3 calendar days, sometimes faster. However, again, delivery timeframes are not guaranteed if your order is shipped by any of these Ground methods. Finally, small/light orders of under 5 pounds shipping by Ground to Alaska or Hawaii will also ship for free by one of the above-described methods.

**Orders shipping to Puerto Rico, Guam, and US Virgin Islands are not eligible for free shipping.

Daily Cut-off for Order Processing:
Daily order processing cut-off is 1 PM Pacific Time (3 PM Central, 4 PM Eastern) Monday through Friday. We ship most of our great products from our Seattle, Washington, distribution facility in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Specific large products, such as court posts and some net systems, are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturers and may take an additional day or two to process and ship. These drop-shipped items are noted as such on their respective product pages. Please be aware that while we process and ship orders very quickly, ALL shipments can be affected by adverse weather conditions and/or holidays which can delay delivery of your order. Please plan accordingly.

To receive your order quickly and with a guaranteed service level, please select UPS 3-day, 2-day, or overnight delivery service. These options are available for all orders delivering within the 48 contiguous United States. We always welcome phone calls from our valued customers (answered by real humans!) should you have concerns about the delivery of your shipment, or if your order is of a time-sensitive nature. USPS First Class Mail is quite often the lowest-cost shipping method, but is reserved for packages weighing less than one pound. It also does not offer shipment tracking, like Priority Mail does, which is a big reason we rarely use it.

International Shipping
Orders shipped overseas are typically processed using USPS International First Class (US Postal Service) which delivers in about 6 to 12 days. UPS International Shipping is also an option for some customers, but please note that UPS will assess brokerage fees on every international shipment they handle.

Additional Notes: the recipient of an order shipped internationally may be subject to duties or additional import taxes, which are assessed when the shipment arrives in the recipient's country of residence. All customs fees must be paid by the recipient, as Pickleball Paddles Plus does not have any control over these fees nor can we predict how much they will be in each country to which we ship.
